Right food…. A sure stress buster during Exam

Are your kids going “bananas” because of board exams?
 Good…. Bananas  , milk, dry fruits etc. are  brain boosters.

Share some healthy tips and lets boost the mental health of our kids for their better performance.

  4. Eat lots of fruits, smoothies and milk shakes a healthy breakfast.Green veggies, curd, roti and salad but it is IMPERATIVE to do the NQ online course for more informed choices

  5. Consume Brain boosters like whole grains,black currant,pumpkin seeds ,broccoli,tomatoes etc.and a good sleep will help in improving their concentration.

  10. Winters come and carrot juice,carrot halwa,carrot peas ,carrot kofta,carrot sweet paratha ..my all time favourites becomes my staple diet!

  11. I am a kidney transplant patient and the reason for my kidneys to pack was Adulterated food ...specially the cheap preservatives used in dry fruits preservation...Beware and watch out!
